How are bikes shipped and will I need to assemble them?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure carton. You will generally need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and adjust the brakes. Detailed instructions and basic tools are included in every box.
What is the return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bikes must not have been ridden outdoors to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping costs for large items may apply.
Do BIKEZONE frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all BIKEZONE frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, drivetrains, and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. Large bike shipments may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
